We got a room with a bathtub, which was great! We also really appreciated the wake-up service they offered. ☀️.

Big size and spacious rooms with private bathrooms. Location not far from a coin operated laundry shop, Hayward and the cemetery.

Staff was super affable and helpful.

My room was tidy and clean, complete with a microwave, coffee and tea making facilities, and a fridge. the staff was awesome, and the location was peaceful and exceptionally nice.

We had the most such wonderful few days there. Everything was great, unbeatable location in the middle of jackson, the staff were affable! Location: the hotel was close to the airport. Variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Hambrick's Giant Burgers that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

They say they provide breakfast. I had to wake up the woman in the reception and they did not have breakfast ready more than coffe, no milk, although they provided to me after asking....

The hotel is conveniently located near Hayward and a coin-operated laundry shop, making it easy for guests. It's in a peaceful area, perfect for relaxation in the center of Jackson. Additionally, Bickham-Rudkin Park is just a short distance away, providing great outdoor options. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful, contributing to a positive experience.

We liked the area. The hotel is near to bus and trains and also near the town centre and the big malls in the area. The staff are always polite and likes to help.

The only fault I can find is that they do not have cook breakfast.

The structure of the room was quite nice for this level motel. The vanity, mirror, carpet, bathroom floor, tub/shower, and toilet all seemed pretty new and in good shape.

I was immediately not comfortable as the motel was in located on the edge of a residential area that looked run down and had questionable people walking around. We pulled in and it seemed that several of the rooms were occupied by "long-term" residents. I even asked the nice lady at the front desk if they had problems with cars being broken into there. The room we were in, though nice, had the manual steel door latch broken clean off. Needless to say, I did not feel very safe in the room.

The staff at the hotel were really helpful and awesome. the room was reasonably large. - the property is in a peaceful location, right in the middle of Jackson. - Hayward Japanese Gardens is just 2 miles away, which was convenient.

The room at Discovery Inn was cozy with a convenient microwave and fridge. the TV had great channels, and the coffee maker was a nice touch. the hairdryer and free toiletries were handy for my stay.

Late-night activities nearby gave the area a halfway house feel.

I didn't like having a shower but no way to turn it on. I cut my ass on the broken toilet seat that was glued together and the wifi didn't work.

The room was small but clean.

Although, the room was non smoking it still smelled like smoke.

loved my stay in hayward, drove to the lake, discovery inn exceeded my expectations. the staff, especially jay, was incredibly helpful and made my return stay smooth and enjoyable.
