Should you go for it? My answer
The room was clean with a heavenly bed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing great service . Parking was tight at times, but it was free and conveniently located near various restaurants and attractions. Not a fancy place, but comfortable enough!

Big size and spacious rooms with private bathrooms. Location not far from a coin operated laundry shop, Hayward and the cemetery.

All Pros, no Cons
The convenient location was a lifesaver! Plus, the staff was helpful.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness was unacceptable! I found a spider crawling on my pillow, which definitely ruined my experience.

They say they provide breakfast. I had to wake up the woman in the reception and they did not have breakfast ready more than coffe, no milk, although they provided to me after asking....

We had the most such wonderful few days there. Everything was great, unbeatable location in the middle of jackson, the staff were affable! Location: the hotel was close to the airport. Variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Hambrick's Giant Burgers that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

The room was a total disaster, with a leaky air conditioning unit that soaked the floor. And let me not forget the ambience-more like a halfway house than a hotel! It's almost like they forgot that providing decent service should be a priority, especially for loyal guests. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

We liked the area. The hotel is near to bus and trains and also near the town centre and the big malls in the area. The staff are always polite and likes to help.
The only fault I can find is that they do not have cook breakfast.

The structure of the room was quite nice for this level motel. The vanity, mirror, carpet, bathroom floor, tub/shower, and toilet all seemed pretty new and in good shape.
I was immediately not comfortable as the motel was in located on the edge of a residential area that looked run down and had questionable people walking around. We pulled in and it seemed that several of the rooms were occupied by "long-term" residents. I even asked the nice lady at the front desk if they had problems with cars being broken into there. The room we were in, though nice, had the manual steel door latch broken clean off. Needless to say, I did not feel very safe in the room.

The room was clean and had that amazing smell that makes you relax right away. Everything I needed was provided-coffee, toiletries, a microwave, and a fridge. The desk and chair made it easy to get some work done. Wi-fi was fast, and the full cable kept me entertained. The shower and tub worked perfectly too. Check-in was quick, which I appreciated after a long day. Parking was a bit tight, but I found a spot without much hassle. The noise level was impressively low. I felt comfortable and didn't want to leave for the night. The bed was heavenly. The grounds looked immaculate and inviting. Late checkouts could only be granted for one hour. Parking spaces were limited, especially when the hotel was busy. These are minor issues overall, but they could definitely use some attention to improve the experience further.

I didn't like having a shower but no way to turn it on. I cut my ass on the broken toilet seat that was glued together and the wifi didn't work.

The room was small but clean.
Although, the room was non smoking it still smelled like smoke.

Our family had a blast exploring the nearby Hayward Japanese Gardens! The kids loved the vibrant flowers and peaceful ponds. The mini fridge in our spacious room made it easy to keep snacks for the little ones, super convenient after our adventures.
My children wished there were more activities for them on-site.

I liked that the staff were very friendly and that we were able to check in early
Although we were able to check in the room had not yet been serviced. Thankfully the maid was very kind and explained that she would be done in 20mins. (Maids do not speak English-I speak Spanish making it ok) The breakfast offered was a few sticky buns from a multi pack, some fruit and coffee.

It was simply an overnight stay in close proximity to the Oakland airport.
